My Social Profiles (Sidebar Link Code Generator)

Select which social profiles you wish to list, and fill in your various profile usernames in the appropriate boxes. Use the radio buttons to select if you want your results generated as either an Unordered List or in an HTML Table. Once completed just copy the resulting code from the textarea below.
